The most impactful thing I’ve worked on is:
Improving the quality of the education services, through the modernization and implementation of different types of technology, data analysis, and professional training and coaching.
My biggest achievements are:
- Teaching teachers and school staff how to transition to project-based teaching and learning with the help of technology and data analysis, so they can encourage students to learn through content creation and innovation, while not being afraid of new technologies.
- Led the leadership team through the Accreditation project, resulting in the improvement of the quality of the services we provided as an education institution, by modifying and creating processes and new forms of project execution. All this measured by an external international accreditation organization who granted us a substantial increase in our score and ranking, resulting in documented client satisfaction.
